💌 Our Returns & Refunds Promise

We get it. . . sometimes things don’t go quite to plan. Whether it’s a change of heart or a delivery hiccup, we’re here to make it right. Our goal is to make returns as simple, fair, and stress-free as possible. Because that’s what we’d want too.


📦 How Do I Return Something?

Easy! Just drop us an email at Customerservice@beauty-scent.co.uk and our lovely customer care team will guide you through the returns process. We’ll issue a Returns Authorisation (RMA) number and share all the steps from there.


💔 My Order Arrived Damaged

In this case we’re naturally very sorry to hear that! If your item arrives damaged, please email us within 72 hours of receiving your parcel. Make sure to:

  • Keep all original packaging (as we may need it back)

  • Snap a quick photo of the damage if possible — it helps us help you faster!
    Our team will handle the rest, pronto.


📭 I’m Missing an Item

We double (and sometimes triple) check every order, but in the rare case something’s missing, let us know within 72 hours of receiving your parcel. Hang on to your packaging just in case we need to investigate with our courier pals. Email us at Customerservice@beauty-scent.co.uk and we’ll get it sorted quickly.


🤷♀️ I’ve Changed My Mind:  Can I Return It?

Of course! We get it — minds change. If your item is unopened, unused, and in its original condition and packaging, we’ll do our best to offer a return or exchange.

Here’s the fine print:

  • All returns must be authorised by our team (we’ll issue an RMA number).

  • Return postage is your responsibility (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).

  • We recommend using a tracked service with proof of delivery — just to be safe.


⚠️ What About Faulty Items?

If something’s not working as it should, we’ll fix that fast. Email us at Customerservice@beauty-scent.co.uk and we’ll help you through next steps. Faulty items will of course be refunded or replaced at no cost to you.


🎁 Free Gifts with Purchase

Love a freebie? So do we. But just a heads-up — if you’re returning an item that came with a free gift, the gift needs to come back too (unopened and unused) for us to process your refund.


🕒 Timeframes

Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once authorised, please send items back within 7 days of receiving your RMA.

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 working days of receiving the returned goods, however we do try to be much faster where possible outside of peak times.
